ABOUT US

Our Mission is to Heal Your Body so You Perform at Optimum Levels!

At Pinnacle Osteopathy & Wellness we use a non-invasive therapeutic method that reduces muscle spasms near joints, eases neurological irritations around joints, makes joints more mobile and reduces pain and discomfort. A Manual Osteopath focuses on the joints, muscles, and spine using gentle mobility maneuvers with the hands and not the high-velocity movements usually associated with chiropractic treatments. Manual Osteopathy can provide relief and treatment for a wide range of conditions. It is a non-invasive therapeutic method that reduces muscle spasms near joints, eases neurological irritations around joints, makes joints more mobile and reduces pain and discomfort. An osteopath focuses on the joints, muscles, and spine. Both diagnosis and treatments are carried out with the hands by a Manual Osteopath.

Cranial and Sacral Therapy techniques help relieve compression in the bones of the head, sacrum (a triangular bone in the lower back), and spinal column. Visceral Manipulation is a gentle manual therapy that aids your body’s ability to release restrictions and unhealthy compensations that cause pain and dysfunction.

Along with hands on manual osteopathic techniques, we emphasize self-healing and education to our clients so they can perform various stretching and exercise techniques at home to ensure total body healing and maintenance.
